How to Avoid Making Bad Business Decisions
The business landscape is changing, in the dawning of this new era you need to develop a sustainable brand that will create the wealth you deserve. More and more people are looking for businesses they can easily relate to.
In this life changing, transformational morning you will gain focus, clarity and leave feeling empowered having learned :-
Why knowing your core values is vital to sustainable success
How to your core values impact on your decision making
What to do with your core values when designing your business and lifestyle.
Regardless of age, occupation, business type or size, level of success or gender. We are ALL human and have hidden potential we can still unlock to achieve further success and our decision making becomes easier and aligned with who we are and what we are trying to achieve.
We continually complicate our own lives. I see you nodding your head. We spread ourselves too thin, procrastinate, second-guess ourselves, make mountains out of molehills, ignore important things, pay attention to all the wrong things, fall prey to mindless distractions, listen to the wrong people, and engage in relativity.

It's Not Making a Mistake that matters!
“If you have made mistakes, even serious ones, there is always another chance for you. What we call failure is not the falling down, but the staying down.” –Mary Pickford
STOP! mentally beating yourself up it changes nothing, this behaviour serves no purpose and only makes life feel shit. We ALL make mistakes and no one can deny that. It's time to let go of the past and move on.

3 Tips to Change Your Perspective & Change Your World
We are in the season of Change. I recently read 3 Tips to Change Your Perspective & Change Your World
and I thought I would share them with you.
I've just been with hubs for a walk along the canals near where I live. The sun was shining and the first signs of autumn are in full swing, the leaves are beginning to change colour and fall, people are changing their wardrobes, and restaurants are changing their menus to include more homely satisfying tummy warming foods.
In fact, change is all around us. Why not spend a little time reflecting on how we perceive ourselves to see how we can positively impact the world in the process?
Dr Wayne.W. Dyer said, "When you change the way you look at things. The things you look at change."
Here are the 3 tips I mentioned to help you do just that:
#1 - Look at yourself as an outsider
#2 - Look at how you want to impact the world
#3 - Look at yourself to see what isn't there

The Pressure of Perfection
“The only pressure I'm under is the pressure I've put on myself.” ~Mark Messier
Back in the day I was an emergency nurse, overweight, over worked and underpaid. You get the picture. I still reflect on the pressure I allowed myself to feel to this day. The pressure to hit the department targets, to succeed, to do my best at all times, to the point I forgot what is really important in life.
I left my job to take control of my life; yep you've heard that one before. But it’s the truth. I love my life now, married for 26 years with 3 grown up well balanced happy fulfilled children. While it would make sense to say the emergency department was hectic and this quiet piece of suburbia I live in should provide relief, peace, and relaxation, that isn't really the case. As each day there is a temptation to put pressure on myself: to follow up leads, take calls, write a chapter of my book, or clean the house, get work done in the garden, or go to the gym, or do something that I consider worthwhile.
I have discovered over the years that it really is not SITUATIONS that cause pressure and stress, but the lack of familiarity with the task required to carry out the task and the ability to be accepting of who I am and where I am. My mind can be as chaotic in suburbia as it was in the emergency department, the difference now I choose to relax into myself, my environment and the tasks I need to get done.
How is this working for you?
